The pool was not very clean it was quite cloudy. Getting fresh towels required a trip to the office which was inconvenient. The cable TV service was unreliable offering only limited channels on some nights.

The front desk provided complimentary coffee and tea. Such a tender gesture! the staff were very welcomingwith a warm atmosphere, though the grounds were kept beautifully. i enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboards. Such a sweet touch for exploring the calm waters.
I thought the mattress could have been more comfortable. It felt rather firm. i had a restless night because of this.

The hotel is next door to a beach restaurant. Live music created a lively atmosphere. many shops and dining spots are within walking distance of the location, though it offered easy access for explorations. one can easily bike around the island from here.

I liked that complimentary starbucks coffee and tea were available at any time. the adjacent beach restaurant has a real beachy vibe. The food looked delicious! i would have loved to enjoy a meal there. It was a shame i did not have the chance.

Kayaks and sups are available for rent. Such a sweet thing to offer guests. the hotel has a private beach, a pool and a gym, though i did not visit the gym. i appreciated beach towels being included with the room.

The hotel has complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby. It was a NICE perk. I enjoyed using the available kayaks and paddle boards. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick service.
The water pressure in the shower could be better. I'd PREFER stronger pressure.

Snook's restaurant sits right next door to the hotel. It provided convenient dining options with live music. The food tasted good, while the 10% discount with the room key was appreciated. It was a great experience!

TJ was AMAZING. Check-in was easy. The staff worked very hard to maintain the cleanliness. I noticed their efforts. The bike rentals was a nice touch. I appreciated the option.

i found a quiet place to explore the keys. a diving center is on site, perfect if you plan to dive. bikes and paddle boards are available. i noticed chickens wandering around (they added a nice touch).
the room floor felt damp often, i think this suggests a possible moisture issue needs attention.
